York Conservation Alumni Association is the network for hundreds of alumni from the University of York’s internationally recognised Conservation Studies programme which has been running for over 40 years. York Conservation alumni work around the world and stay connected with the Centre for Conservation Studies’ research and programmes.

The YCAA organises biannual conferences and study tours, in 2013 to Croatia, in 2014 to Athens, in 2016 to Edinburgh, and in 2018 to Tallinn, Estonia. Members keep in touch via its Facebook page, which you can join, receive a regular e-newsletter and via Twitter.

The Association also provides much valued support for York’s postgraduate students through mentoring, placements and bursaries.

Please visit our YCAA page to learn more about the association.
